Water Main Relocation - Regional Rail Revival Program

Replacement of existing AC water main to accommodate train track expansion

Watermain Renewal Works - Principal Contractor

Works:
Systematic replacement of current asbestos cement water main across the entirety of the Goulburn Valley region.
As at Jan 2025, we have completed works in six towns/areas across the GV
Implementing a thorough testing and commissioning regimen, adhering closely to GVW Safe Water Infrastructure Water Quality Procedure.

Corridor Upgrade - Regional Rail Revival Contract

Installation of new water and sewer main networks
Removal of asbestos pipe and grout filling with specified material
Installation of 600m of 150mm HDPE pipe, isolation valves, hydrants, fire service offtakes, and service tapping’s
Installation of new sewer pump station and rising main
Managed critical shutdowns to ensure water supply for high-volume users
Project delivered using mobile integrated safety management system with no incidents

Fair Street Pipe Rehabilitation Program

As part of the Fair Street pipeline replacement project, our team is supporting an industry-first pipe rehabilitation trial, helping to modernise the way asbestos cement pipes are managed. This cutting-edge approach allows for safer, more efficient upgrades while minimising disruption to the local community.
With safety, sustainability and efficiency at the forefront, we’re working alongside Ashworth Demolition, R&R McClure Excavations, and WSP to deliver essential infrastructure upgrades for Goulburn Valley Water.
This trial is a significant step forward for the industry, and we’re excited to help set new standards in pipeline replacement.

Fire System Upgrade and Extension

Upgrade and extension of the fire hydrant system for RACV resort
Connection of two independent fire systems into one combined system
Installation of 100m long bore along the resort's front to connect the systems
Disconnection of the existing water tapping from the authority water main
